Police say male victims of Kent Thomas and Kelvin Norris are reluctant to report the crimes out of "embarrassment." Also, though Thomas and Norris are convicted sex offenders, they’re not listed in registry because of Alaska Supreme Court ruling.

What the APD says in public is different from reality. If they would have wanted to keep this trash in prison they would have. People like Kelvin actually WANT to be in prison, so of course they will not give him the satisfaction.

is because no one cares...as soon as they realize that then they won't care either... that was from an attorney about charges to one who sexually abuses a child and the court system...sorry its brutal and so true in Alaska
