On Tuesday, Sept. 20, Alaska Governor Sean Parnell and Revenue Commissioner Bryan Butcher will announce the official amount of this year’s Permanent Fund Dividend from the Anchorage State Dividend Information Office.

KTVA will stream the announcement online at www.ktva.com; it is expected to begin at approximately 11 a.m.

Direct deposit checks will go out Oct. 6.

What difference does it make how much it is, it's money being handed to you, for free, without having to work for it, be happy to get any at all and if you depend on the PFD to pay your bills then that's your bad.
