Mechele Linehan appeared at the Nesbett Courthouse in Anchorage Tuesday as her retrial for murder is finalized.
Linehan has been out on bail since shortly after her 2007 conviction for the 1996 murder of Kent Leppink was overturned last February.
Today the judge set her new trial for April 2, 2012 and attorneys for both sides agreed to have their motions in by mid-November.
Linehan is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing Wednesday.
