Says taxes remain under cap

Mayor Dan Sullivan tells Bill McAllister the city's budget remains about a million and a half dollars under the tax cap, and includes 28 new members of the fire department and the ongoing police academy. Property tax payers will see about $7 increase per $100,000 value of homes, and he calls the budget mostly flat.
