A grand jury indicted 22-year-old Christopher R. Case last week on one count of first-degree assault. Case also is charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.

According to an Alaska State Trooper report written after the accident, Case lost control and rolled an ATV he was driving early on the morning of June 26 on Salcha Drive along the lake.
