Locals Want More Routes, More Times for the Transit System

Anchorage joins the national “Dump the Pump” campaign, encouraging locals to put the breaks on driving and opt for the bus instead. But is the switch practical?

hi :) i've been using the people mover buses since jan. 2002. thank you people mover for 9 1/2 very interesting years. any other bus users reading this post: please, if u really like or dislike anything about our bus system, please tell the drivers and/or customer service. call, write, email, or tell them in person. if enough of us do this, it will eventually get to city hall where they put the new bus books together and decide on the prices of the bus passes.
