Bail conditions will go away

As of today, Mechele Linehan will be able to go back to Washington and any bail conditions she has right now will go away.

The state is not re-indicting her at this point.
 
Attorney Paul Miovas says there are still some issues to work out. We'll learn more about those at the 2:30 hearing.

Mechele, Casey Anthony & Dalia Dippolito should all have a party together...all are guilty, free & all beat the system!

In my opinion, even if she didn't do it, I think she had something to do with it. At the end of the day, she is free so I guess that's what has to happen.

this case has been a disaster from the beginning. i do not believe that michele was ever, "not guilty". we're just going to have to wait and see what else happens with her and her family...

she should have never spent one second behind bars in the first place. if not for the frumpy alaskan queens serving on the jury who convicted her based on her being a dancer and zero other evidence she would have not spent a second in jail.
