May be the Federal government needs to think about the CCC again...it was an agency that hired the unemployed in the Depression Era and gave them work. It also worked in conjunction with Military agencies to promote patriotism...let modify it to modern times and oil er up and fire it up again! Might prevent this fiasco with 241 or whatever they call themselves good golly...think about it!
