M.A.'s Gourmet Dogs will donate all of its proceeds Monday, April 4th, to help find 26-year-old Monty Dickson, an Alaskan who went missing in Japan after the catastrophic earthquake and tsunami three weeks ago.

Dickson is a UAA honor graduate and an English teacher in Japan.

All proceeds from sales on April 4 will go to Dickson's sister Shelley, a friend of M.A.'s, and her brother Ian to help them go to Japan to find their missing brother.

“When the earthquake hit they evacuated him and the kids to this one area,” said Mike Anderson, owner of M.A.’s Gourmet Dogs, “And this one area got hit by the tsunami and they havent really heard from him since.”

M.A.'s Gourmet Dogs' stand is off the corner of 4th and F and will open at 10:30 a.m. and will close at 6 p.m. on Monday.
