Hold on- WHY did the guy not have the correct address? Because the mayor FORCED HIM OUT of where he was, which put him in violation. Paint it anyway you want- Sullivan just abuses the power of the office by targeting a bum.

i watches this genlteman for about an hour while waiting for the bus...he never panhandled or stopped anyone passing by..its a shame on the city to have to dig up dirt to punish someone...so what that means is that anyone who has a past or even served their sentence and paid for their crime can be singled out if the government doesnn't like you or the way you look....I was once homeless and understand what is to be treated like dirt because of other peoples judgements...the shame is it says sex offender but not the curcomestances or even how long ago it was. or if he did his probation without incident. and now lives properly....the mayor is a child and i hope he suffers some sort of humbling experience that shows him that he's human also and not any better than anyone else.

How lame is that? I buy into being punished for being a villain. But when it's over, it should be over. "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public tria, by an impartial jury.... to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation;to be confronted with the witnesses against him...to have assistance of Council for his defence. From Article vi of the Bill of Rights, US Constitution. Then there is article viii. "...nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.OK, you commit a villainous act. An impatill jury finds you guilty. You serve the adjudicated time. Works for me. In texas, when you have discharged all the court ordered punishments, you can vote. In PA, a convicted felon may never vote again. We need to declare, once and for all, that when someone has done what an impartial jury and a judge decided was just punishment, IT IS OVER. Anything beyond that is, "Cruel and unusua,."

Go look at his record in the Alaska Court View system. He has done this over 10 times in the past year alone. Stop defending a pedophile. He doesn't deserve rights.

Too bad the victim will pay FOREVER> OH but wait!!! We don't want to think about that. He can go on raping and abusing and as long as he does his time then it is all ok. Reading the comments especially on the adn article is sickening. The best solution is the next time (and yep, there will be) he rapes/abuses/kidnaps a child that someone will magically blow his head off. Problem solved.
