It’s a “not guilty” plea today for the man accused of injecting heroin into a 14-year-old girl who later died.

It was the second time in court for 26-year-old Sean Warner. Warner’s charges were upped to include manslaughter after 14-year-old Jena Dolstad died.

Police say Warner is also facing new charges for injecting a 17-year-old girl with heroin on several occasions and they are worried now there may be others.

“Now that there has been a second victim and there are charges against Mr. Warner for the second victim, obviously our concern is that there may be more victims,” said Lt. Dave Parker of APD, “so we would like to encourage anyone in the public who may have additional information to contact the police department.”

The judge set a tentative trial date for March 27.
