Isolation can be a factor in everything from suicide to depression.
“…Also reinforce social connections with friends and family colleagues at school or at work; that connectedness is a protective factor,” said Kate Burkhart of the Suicide Prevention Council.
Some of the other things you can do to ward off the blues include getting plenty of exercise for both your body and your mind.
