An Anchorage grand jury indicted two people in connection with a home invasion robbery that ended in the death of two people.

The robbery occurred shortly after midnight on November 10 at the 700 block of Muldoon Road. APD's investigation revealed the criminals burst into a trailer, pistol-whipped a resident in the face, and demanded money and drugs. The victim grabbed a gun and shot two of the three robbers, who died. The third got away, as did the getaway driver. They're identified as Brian Albert Pfister and Ursula Pico, respectively.

On Thursday, December 15, the grand jury returned an indictment for manslaughter, roberry, conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary against the two, and evidence tampering for Pico for trying to hide the getaway car.

The two will be arraigned at the Anchorage Jail Court on Monday, December 19.

@ SO SAD- first off, it's MEDAL, not metal, and secondly, the 'victim' is a known drug dealer, which activity tends to attract crime. He just happens to be a slimeball with a quicker shot.

In Flordia they passed a law if during a car jacking someone dies, the perp gets the death penalty. Reinstate the death penalty in Alaska. If it never was, make it law. If someone dies in a home invasion, make it the death penalty.."REGARDLESS", AND DON'T LET THE CROOKED defense attornies try and dance around it. Anchorage is now a haven for child perverts, druggies, gangs, deadbeat welfare, and the crime is just getting worse. Get the HE-- handle on it, before it becames impossible to manage. HIRE more police, if the budget is the reason for not, cut some of the wages of the local lazy politicians.Anchorage is going to HE-- in a hand basket.
