Former APD Officer Mora-Lopez/Espinoza Pleads Guilty to Identity Theft, Passport Fraud

An FBI investigation found Mexico-born Rafael Mora-Lopez lived in Alaska for years as Rafael Espinoza working as an Anchorage police officer until his arrest in April.

we need police to parol the police why do cops make a 100,000 a year with no education needed and a teacher makes 40,000 with a bachelore

Hey Anonymous...FIRST: Learn to conjugate a sentence. SECOND: Police officers deal with the looming spectre of death EVERY DAY, as well as dealing with other things which you could not possibly comprehend...whereas a TEACHER deals with YOUR snotnosed kids. THATS WHY.

@kennyroaw-- First, one conjugates verbs, not sentences. Second, while the police may not be overpaid, teachers are most certainly undervalued, regardless of whose children they are teaching. And please stop shouting.

do not worry the mexican lied to get the job so as far as i am concerned i would not beleive anything else he said i hope everyone who was ever cited by him sues the city of anchorage for a bunch. i am suprized he was ever charged i think most cops are like lawyers and politicans i have lost most respect for the police after watching them work.
