Fairbanks Man Charged With Murder in Toddler DeathCarl David Jr. remains in custody without bailFAIRBANKS - A grand jury indicted 25-year-old Carl David Jr. on assault and murder charges today following the death of a toddler in his care earlier this month. David had previously been charged with assault after a criminal complaint alleged he threw his girlfriend's two-year-old son down for wetting the bed, breaking the boy's neck and fracturing his skull before stepping on him. The child was flown to Providence Hospital in Anchorage, where he died from his injuries. Fairbanks District Attorney Michael Gray said David, who's being held without bail at Fairbanks Correctional Center, will be arraigned on the new charges within the next ten days. |

someone suggest find out what got him to that point. that will just cost more money. The death penalty will put an end to alot of this brutal,coward acts. when they are conficted too, no appeals process for them,thats what i think.

First, we need to understand what got him to this point. This could help us understand and learn how to really help people and save innocent children. Then, pray...that we never end up in a position where our hearts were so hardened that we think anothers death could fix the problem.

We need the death penalty for Alaska... We as taxpayers shouldn't have to house these murderers and feed them... As the Bible says: An eye for an eye, Life for a life.....

We don't have the death sentence, so what needs to be done is cut his thing off and send him to jail already a woman. I think it'll be easier that way

I know everyone thinks how this man should be done... But there has been so many little people killed by adults in the last three years. I am wondering what has happen to humanity? Breaks my heart to think what these babies go thur before they die. Just pray for all the children.
