(CBS/WKMG/AP) ORLANDO, Fla. - After 10 hours of deliberation, the jury in the Casey Anthony trial has reached a verdict in the case against the Florida mother accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008.

The verdict is to be read in court at 2:15 p.m. EDT.

Deliberations resumed for a second day Tuesday morning after the jury failed to reach a verdict Monday after 6 hours of deliberating.

The sequestered jury of seven women and five men was chosen from the Tampa Bay area because of exhaustive pretrial media coverage in the Orlando area and have been sequestered in an Orlando hotel. They have listened to 33 days of testimony and another two days of closing arguments.

Casey Anthony is charged with murder in the first-degree, second-degree murder, manslaughter, third-degree felony murder, aggravated manslaughter of a child, aggravated child abuse and four counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer.

The prosecution claims Anthony suffocated her daughter with duct tape. The defense claims Caylee accidentally drowned.
