Can You Identify These Suspects?Police say they used a stolen credit card at Eagle River businesses earlier this summer but haven't been able to identify the suspects.
Anchorage police say these two used a stolen credit card at two businesses in the Eagle River in early July. Police believe the man is white with olive-colored skin in his 20s with an average build. Initially, detectives described the male as a light-skinned black man. The woman is white with sandy blonde hair and appears to be in her late 20s to early 30s with a slim build. To Mychael: Concerning your comment, the reason is because in many, many cases IT IS is a black man. Take look at the percentage of blacks crowding our jails. How about being truthful with yourself!

Something's amiss with this posting. My truck window was broken and purse stolen. The theives used the cards in the area less than a block away. I asked APD to review the tapes, they said they would not b/c it'd be more effective to just take it up with the bank and cancel the cards. That was within the first hour after the break-in. So why so much emphasis on a crime that occured nearly 30 days ago?

Mychael you need to take a chill pill and re read the article. What I read is he is white with olive-colored skin. Get your facts straight before you flip out on white people. FYI there is no perfect race out there. Not all white people think right away a black person did the crime either. Its too bad you think that way.

Hmm, it almost looks like someone said. "Hey your criminals. Hold still while I take a really crappy picture on my cell phone." And to that they said, "Okay!" Yeah, Mychael he doesn't look like a Black man. It says he is "suspected" to be that color.

It must be that someone that knows someone is getting the APD to do this.. Because they don't care that Victor Collenger stole my check book . And wrote bad checks all over town.. They didn't care when Peter Hogancamp dragged me down the road with his van in front of many witnesses .. No someone that knows someone is getting the APD off there lazy no good butts to ask you to do there job for them.

That is"nt a black man, that is not a black man,why is it that when you white people don"t know for sure about something are someone who does a crime, the first thing that comes to mind is he is a black man. But all the rapes that have been in the news in the last month are so have been done by White people.

Probably isn't going to help that the girl looks like every other white girl in Alaska. Dyed blond hair and looks like a meth addict, yeah that is about 50% of all 20 y/o women up here.
