OK, I agree with free speech; however, the guy had just been convicted of theft by a jury of his peers. he recognized her as a juror and followed her screaming threatening statements. Would anyone else take that so lightly?

I thought we were still a country with free speech? Oh, but then I forget myself, we all have to be politically correct or else. We the people no longer have a say and it's all due to the fact of those who were put in office. Alas, we are a lost nation.............fallen in the cesspool with the rest of the nations.

I agree with Phil. Soon we will all walk around quiet but with pent up rage inside. Not a good thing. The guy was pissed off, big deal. He said some things, so what.

Hey KTVA, pull your heads out of your rear ends and if you're going to put up a video then do it!

This is really getting to be ridiculous. Everyone once in a while becomes so angry they say things they don't mean. Does that mean we should arrest everyone who does that? If he had made a death threat that would of been a bit more serious. Our society is becoming more like a communist or dictatorship country than a free democratic country. Now we have to watch what we say or we may be arrested. When i was growing up it was nothing when you said something like, "I'll get you for that." etc. You'd just laugh it off knowing the person will cool down later. This guy made no explicit comment that he was going to do her any physical harm. Even doing that today will get you charged with "Making a terrorist threat." If this keeps up we're going to be like North Korea where no one says a word about anything for fear of being arrested. You can't say anything like that to a public official, federal official, etc. What's next? Say I'm kicking my dog and get arrested for it?
