Anchorage resident Daniel K. Baumgartner, 26, faces three child pornography charges after police uncovered “hundreds of images” of child sexual abuse in his home.

Baumgartner was arrested Wednesday at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

The month long investigation, run by the Alaska Internet Crimes Against Children task force, began in April when Baumgartner sent illicit images of child sexual abuse to an undercover detective.

After serving a search warrant on Baumgartner’s home, investigators seized several computers and other digital media containing both pictures and video.

Police said some of the videos were more than an hour long.

Baumgartner has been charged with one count of distribution and two counts of possession of child pornography.

This is a developing story.

Hey TSA, give this guy a job! He has already proved he is trained and qualified! He will fit in with the rest of your child molesting agency just fine. Heck, put him in charge.

This is disgusting. Strip this one too and put him on stage. Scumbag. Hours long. My son and I had a incident at Safe Harbor Inn and it was hours long as well. How do these dirt bags get these children for hours long? How? Where are the parents? Who are these kids? Think about it.
