ANCHORAGE - In this week's installment of Alaska's View from the Hill, Senator Mark Begich joins CBS 11's Sean Doogan in the KTVA studio to discuss pirate ships and why we should sink them, as well as development in the Arctic, why the U.S. should lead the way in that development, and the importance of a deepwater port and infrastructure in the Arctic.
