ANCHORAGE - In this week's edition of Alaska's View from the Hill, CBS 11's Bill McAllister spoke with Senator Lisa Murkowski about the Obama administration touting an increase in domestic oil and gas production, while in fact production on federal lands, as opposed to state or private lands, is declining. Murkowski also discussed the U.S. Senate voting down a bill to open the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to development, and how she thinks ANWR development can be encouraged.
