ANCHORAGE - In this week's installment of Alaska's View from the Hill, Senator Mark Begich joined CBS 11 News' Sean Doogan for this full, unedited interview.

Among the topics discussed: the Alaska's coastline is beginning to see debris from last year's Japanese tsunami. Begich says he is pushing the feds to address the problem, but believes they don't have a plan to clean the mess up. And a recent article in the New York Times questions his motives for supporting expanded and gas drilling in the Beaufort and Chukchi Sea’s, see what he has to say about it. Also, Begich talks about the failure by the senate to ratify the law of the sea treaty - and the potential consequences of the u-s getting squeezed out of the arctic.
