Alaska State Troopers are investigating a murder on Prince of Wales Island in southeast Alaska.
When troopers arrived at a houseboat near Port Protection on Monday they found 38-year-old Ronald O'Neil driving a skiff, towing a second small boat. In that smaller boat troopers found the body of a man who has tentatively been identified as 54-year-old Tracy Simpson. O'Neil has been charged with second-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence and driving under the influence. Simpson's body has been taken to the state medical examiner's office in Anchorage for an autopsy to confirm the cause of death. |

Vague story. Was a disturbance reported, gunshots? What was the reasoning for the troopers to go to the houseboat in the first place, etc. etc. etc.
