in 1956 they were planning the KNIK BRIDGE, evan had a swedish team to help with the pillings,but it cost too much to bild...in 1956!!!!!

If they are planing to charge ten dollars to cross this bridge, nobody will pay that and will continue to use the "free" glenn hiway. I think, once this bridge is built its parent company will quickly go bankrupt. Then when the bank reposses it the state will swoop in and buy it for pennies on the dollar and then the state will try charging to cross and it will eventually close and be considered the biggest white elephant ever.

ive been hearing about this bridge since 1970...when i cross that bridge when i come to it.....then ill believe thers gonna be a bridge
