Alaska State Troopers say a domestic violence dispute in the western Alaska village of Aniak left two people with stab wounds.
According to troopers, village police officers responded to the stabbing at a first road residence Sunday around 2:30 p.m. Detectives say 52-year-old Carrie Bertha Morgan of Aniak attacked an adult male relative in her kitchen with a large knife. Another male relative attempted to defend the other relative by pushing him out of the way when he was stabbed on his left wrist; he was treated for his injuries in Aniak. The first male was stabbed on his shoulder and was transported to Bethel for treatment. Morgan was arrested for two counts of assault and troopers say alcohol was a significant factor in the incident. |

The flippant remarks sadden me. Big surprise, right? Oh well, as the state runs out of oil money and we have to pay the costs involved with little incident out of our pockets in the form of taxes, then perhaps the attitudes won't be so ho-hum!

she's crazy even when she's sober! she once threw loafs of bread at her ex hunny (at AC) ....with her, something like this was bound to happen. Im just glad shes locked up now!
