She goes on to say that she hopes the choices will "bring each of us some peace."

The TV spot, which first aired Wednesday night, flashed phrases like "A family in turmoil" and "A relationship at a crossroads." The special episode will air on Monday night. The Gosselin's marriage has been under strain for some time. During the premiere of the show's fifth season earlier this year, which was watched by a record 9.8 million viewers, the two came together to throw a fifth birthday party for their sextuplets but admitted the future of their marriage was uncertain.
