A change-of-plea hearing is scheduled for Jonathan W. Millington-Walton on Aug. 5.
Millington-Walton is being held at the Fairbanks Correctional Center on numerous charges, including robbery, perjury, vehicle theft and assault.
Authorities say Millington-Walton robbed the Spirit of Alaska Credit Union on Geist Road, the Oaken Keg on College Road and twice robbed the Denali State Bank on Chena Pump Road. He also is accused of robbing two video stores.
Millington-Walton evaded authorities after all of the robberies.
He was charged after the Alaska Scientific Crime Detection Laboratory in Anchorage matched his DNA to DNA on the clothes worn by the robber of the Spirit of Alaska Federal Credit Union. Those clothes, as well as a 9mm pistol, were found at a University Avenue campground shortly after the robbery.
Authorities had a sample of Millington-Walton's DNA after he was charged with felony assault on his girlfriend.
