Credit Union 1 reported system-wide delays Monday.
The Alaska-based financial institution posted a statement on their website saying they were “currently experiencing computer system delays,” which affected online access, mobile banking and their touch tone phone system.
Credit Union 1 representatives said accountholders would not be able to access their funds until the issues were resolved. Clients were encouraged to stop by a branch to deposit or withdraw funds, they said.
Credit Union 1 assured its customers that no personal data was or would be compromised because of the system glitch. Tuesday, Credit Union 1 spokesperson Rachel Langtry said all systems and services had been restored. The event was “not related to any malicious activity,” she said in a statement.
