Fall brings many traditions. For moose, it is the season of rutting. The season lasts from September to early October. During this time, moose exhibit several behaviors that are dormant during the rest of the year.

KTVA photojournalist John Thain found photographer Brad Bodde taking pictures of moose at Powerline Pass. The story will air on Frontiers October 4 at 4:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. It will repeat Thursday, October 8 at 8:30 p.m.
