Alaska hockey takes top spot

The team faces the Utah Grizzlies Friday.

ANCHORAGE – Despite ECHL lineup changes, the Alaska Aces remain at the top of the league.

With 71 points total, the team maintains 69 percent wins. Right wing Peter Sivak is second in the league with 60 points in 48 games — 21 goals and 39 assists.
